my frame is easy and fast if you are ok with a *tiny* fee (from Across Protocol, not me) https://frames.fcstr.xyz/bridge most wallets/tools (rainbow, coinbase wallet, zerion, rotki) should show you cross chain balances these days

otherwise use native bridges OP stack chains: https://superbridge.app/ Arbitrum: https://bridge.arbitrum.io/ takes a few minutes but fine for most scenarios and it's the least trusted approach
