Italian publication Formu1aUno writes that Red Bull technical director Pierre Vacher has decided to transfer some of the engineers and economic resources from the project of next year's car (RB21) to work on the current one.

It is reported that Red Bull has identified the causes of the problems with the car and hopes to solve them with the next major update package. If there are no problems with the development, the updated elements and the new floor will be installed on the RB20 at the US Grand Prix in Austin (October 18-20).
