I mean you’re not wrong but it also doesn’t help the community. I’ve seen real genuine people stop participating in degen because they didn’t like the changes and anticipated this happening. This guy isn’t helping the community, just farming for himself

I agree on the farming part. But if e.g. you see a new LP giving 4k% APY, and you jump on it, earn that interest, and after a few days, they say there was a mistake. And ban you from participation in that LP, then take away your rewards, is that OK? Are you hurting the community?

I never said to ban him. He’s taking advantage of a poor system. That’s nobody’s fault but the people that put the system in place. Myself and many others said this would happen. My argument is that it’s bad for the community and pushing genuine people away. I’d be willing to bet this guy dumps everything at claim/when tokens unlock.

I say to ban him. Boo hoo if he’s upset. It’s like having sympathy for a hacker imo. He knows he’s manipulating the system exactly like hackers know they’re manipulating a system. Do we just say “oh well don’t hate the hacker. Hate the system!” No, we don’t.

I feel you on that lol the only reason I don’t immediately say ban him is because Jacek & Co allowed this to happen. There’s no way they didn’t know this would happen
