this is the first time I've played since getting the hero NFT. Does it make me stronger?

Actually you can typically play with your Hero NFT. Only now I've updated the build so it's one character. But you can see your hero stats and equipment coming through. So yeah he inherits your hero stats. Will update the build soon so you're back to playing with your actual hero.
