One of the complaints that I hear A LOT is “The OG casters just ignore anyone who’s not in their circle. This leads to resentment for some people. 

But I wanted to share a different perspective. You don’t need to get a response. Instead, focus on finding friends that you can grow together with.

In short, don’t worry about the current OGs. Make your own!

I agree with you. Some users always brag things in which case there are alot of ways to get noticed and make friends along the way.

The only focus in one solution and never have some back-up solution.
I'm happy with the people around me lately and its the everyday conversation that we have that matters.
