The total trading volume of all NFTs in July was $393 million, which is $57 million less than the month before. The daily volume is $14 million, that is, at the level of shields from the top 200 and below.

The most expensive exchange was $373K ($130 ETH) on CryptoPunks #2. It is noteworthy that in the top auction there are 8 punks, 1 monkey (BAYC) and 1 Azuki - all three collections of old-timers.

Falling volumes, lack of new blue chip collections - are NFTs finally dead or can the trend from 2021 still resume?

NFTs are not dead, in my opinion. Though there is a slight drop in trading volume, it doesn't signify the end. Trends fluctuate, and the NFT market is no exception. Let's watch and see.
