The platform/app feedback loop: 1. Apple releases the iPhone 2. Devs build apps to make the iPhone more valuable (eg Instagram) 3. Apple makes more money and improves the iPhone 4. Devs build better applications Seeing this all over Bitcoin and crypto H/t @cdixon.eth

I align more with the Peter Attai Outlive approach for longevity — there are ways to avoid living the last 20 years of your life in pain bc you have one the big 4 diseases. Focus on that! In my view longevity is much less about living forever

Business development and ecosystem growth are overlooked in crypto. “No matter how strong your product — even if it easily fits into already established habits and anybody who tries it likes it immediately — you must still support it with a strong distribution plan.” - Peter Thiel.

Many of our partners are in the web3 space. I think the reason is because community is naturally decentralized. So, decentralized web3 ecosystems rely on activating their community

The idea of the generalist is interesting. With some effort, you can learn to create: Designs (Canva) A website (Carrd/Framer) Marketing Copy (ChatGPT) A product with code/no code (Replit/Zapier/Airtable) Companies will get smaller/more efficient

We're experimenting with a lower-tiered version of our standard solution. This version will give communities the tools, content, templates, and best practices to build and run writing cohorts on their own

Publishing a great essay online means the writer either gained the experience needed to write a thoughtful post or thoroughly researched the topic. This is why it’s such a useful learning metric
