I lean towards React Native, not because of “best suited” but for larger development community, which means easier to get support Flutter has great state management and I still have the apk of a Flutter app I did in 2021, but I prefer to use React Native nowadays

This has to be a universal problem that every founder has to face 🤣 . . I just stick to the initial PRD regardless of how revolutionary the new feature is. To avoid scop creep, I create an idea/feature bank where I put all those ideas and implement them later in future
