Observations: I say umm a lot on podcasts, I will do better in that front. I will be making the episodes about 15% shorter next year. I need to be better about getting the point across sooner. Upping audio levels (WIP) and being more consistent, I strived for 20 this past year and fell flat on this. Onward and upward, for those who listen I appreciate you ❤️
