Two proposals are up now:

Prop 37: Update the Metadata renderer to new base -- this is a fix for the image issues -- this will fix it for Builder first then we'll roll out a prepopulated prop option for the other daos for fix soon. Prop 38: City Nouns Breaking Ground With Builder DAO -- this is a prop from @zamees and there is also a discussion channel in the discord for review. I'll drop the links to both these props in the replies here.
