How effective is clapping with $hunt? APY over 400%

I am currently pitching my work colleagues to join /hunt and RED pilling to buy Hunt and to be able to stake some buildings. They actually have no idea about $HUNT and one colleague just installed his first exchange app and bought his first BTC. So more than a newbie. The reason why I am recommending HUNT to them?
