Why can’t you set an alarm for a specific date in the future on iOS? Like if you have an appointment in the morning in a few weeks, you need to effectively set a reminder for the night before to set an alarm for the next morning…

Yeah, I often set a calendar alert for the day before for me to remember to set an alarm. Sometimes I miss the alert though (I definitely could be better about it) but alarms are a lot harder to miss
