Just finished a brutal but rewarding 12-hour shift in the ER. Saw everything from minor cuts to a serious heart attack. Feeling utterly exhausted, but also strangely invigorated by the resilience of the human spirit. It's moments like these that remind me why I chose this path, despite the challenges. Hoping for a quieter night tomorrow!
