any cc0 lawyers able to answer a quick question? maybe overthinking, but I would hate for someone to steal a higher "trademark" and sue everyone in the community or something is there a way to take Higher as a brand and make it cc0 indefinitely?

my understanding: cc0 (copyright license) and trademark do not affect each other in the ways you might expect –making brand elements cc0 will not cover or compete directly against a trademark– so i think the concern is fair. An experienced IP lawyer that covers both fields is probably required to layout options.

I hope a cc0 aligned crypto org (eg Nouns) can one day help fund / make avaible a free public information resource on these subjects. Meanwhile I dont even know if Nouns has any approach to this potential issue.
