Very reasonable reasons to fork:

⌐◨ Not convinced DUNA as described, and at expected cost, provides reasonable ROI to Nouns

⌐◨-◨ Not convinced KYC requirement on grantees won't also be required of Nouns at a later date

⌐◨-◨-◨  Not convinced a single proposal cycle is a reasonable amount of time for Nouners, guilds, sub DAOs and delegates to seek their own legal advice, let alone make a well informed voting decision (especially without said legal advice being funded collectively by Nouners as foundation's is and was)

What are your /nouns-duna concerns?

Where has it been said that a proposal will go live quickly without being a candidate or giving people time? I hadn't seen this anywhere, but have seen it alluded to by lots of people

Ah right, haven’t listened to that so it wasn’t clear to me where this idea came from.

Yeh obviously it’s fair enough for everyone to seek clarity.

And I agree with your post that a single proposal cycle is not enough time to assess and vote for all members.

during nouncil call 4156 said that proposal would likely go up monday. i think it's fair for people to be concerned. because there's been a lack of clarity all round
