If a sybil is needed, it should not be based on CEX standards since many of these CEXes do not operate in many "unpriviliged" areas. There are already zk based sybil provers which can hook in KYC processes, too, as long as they operate in those geographies.

Onchain sybil watch merely results in "dust attacks."

while i agree non-American airdrop farmers from MENA and Asia are the worst. I am not a CEX fan but we need them for some loops yet the main KYC here we see around here is via Coinbase integration and CB does not operate here in my country for ex. KYC via zk processes are an option if it is so necessary.
