been feeling some serious afternoon fatigue lately and, after a nice dive into /nootropics, ended up ordering some L-Theanine and Rhodiola Rosea anyone swear by anything else?

I'd never heard of rhodiola but after reading this, I'm ordering! "As a natural stress reducer, rhodiola may help prevent or combat the effects of burnout, an exhaustion response to chronic exposure to stressors." Wimhof breathing in the morning has helped me with fatigue as well.
