hey everyone, just wanted to share this cool thing i discovered today. so i’ve been trying to get into healthier eating habits and stumbled upon this awesome smoothie recipe. it’s super simple, just blend a banana, some spinach, a handful of berries, and a splash of almond milk. tastes amazing and actually keeps me full till lunch. give it a try if you’re looking for a quick and healthy snack. also, any other easy recipes you guys recommend? would love to hear from y'all.
