Perpetual fees to "creator" is terrible design and why CLANKER coins on base have struggled. 

Memecoins have worked because communities can take over after the "dev" or "creator" rugs. 

Nobody will buy a coin and still pay homage to a rugging dev.

Additionally, in this system incentive clearly shift from buying coins to launching coins leading to dilution and lower market caps across the board.

Would a better mechanism be that token holders can vote for where the funds go to? So if a dev rugs the community can CTO. 

Or too complicated, remove fees?
