What would you like to see in this product? What’s needed for you to land a job in web3? What things are missing in current sites where you can look for a web3 job?

Idk if you’re familiar with upwork but they have this option to show you as either an entry level, intermediate or expert freelancer. this option would really help alleviate the stress of being a newbie in the web 3 and easily help people looking to hire to select the level of expertise they’d require. Another interesting feature for people looking for jobs would be to have a portfolio section where they can showcase their tweets, NFTs and other related content that’ll help their job search.
