we've now seen $1M+ in eth deposited into scoop

There are still over 2k+ users waiting to enter phase 1

To make things fair, the first community pool distribution will go live after all users make it to phase 1

Now that we've fixed some of the stability issues, we'll also be increasing the rate at which people can enter phase 1
