What do y'all performers think about it?

First time im learning about Aslice. I was reading as "Alice" at first. Seems interesting, but it sounds like they expect DJs to participate voluntarily. What incentives are provided for DJs to use this? I quickly read the aslice.com/faq page and didn't find a good answer.
