a week ago in lisbon, cooking carbonara for some frens 🍝 remember: - no panna or cream -> pecorino romano and eggs (1 per person) - no bacon -> guanciale (pork cheek) when was the last time you tried it? if you didn’t follow these rules, it doesn’t count 😠
