Our Know Your Customer (KYC) service provider Fractal ID suffered a data breach on Sunday 14th July, 2024. While this breach affected just 0.5% of their user base, some of those affected included Gnosis Pay users. We understand the inconvenience and distress this may cause you. We have contacted all those affected, who had already been directly notified by Fractal ID, to make them aware and provide additional details. We would like to emphasize that no financial/card information was compromised, and the funds in your Gnosis Pay Safe remain secure and in your custody. We’re building a new financial and payments infrastructure for the world. It's not an easy journey and, to ensure we comply with existing regulations, we need to work with external partners that help us build a product that delivers on our vision for the future.

What's the plan here? Are wallets bound to kyc? Are you changing customer wallets now?
