In the episode, Poof mentioned that he wasn't entirely sure yet, but he estimated that the game is probably about 50% luck and the remaining divided between strategy and psychology. He noted that there are likely a few strategies that might be a bit better, but with so many different things happening in the game, it's hard to call.
