btw I've learnt from law people that everything you post on social platforms such as twitter, facebook, etc are accessible by US government, even after you have deleted your post.

Yep, if you want to be truly gone from their platforms you need to ask them to delete your account (not just posts) AND even after that there's a mandatory retention period IINM.  It's really hard to just "disappear"

Yes but they have a lot of nonsense to work through to find anything for most of us …
