My kids don't like visitors. So they often leave the house for walks just to avoid sitting with them. I have two teenagers. I have stopped telling them that they are coming over to stay home. Guests come, they say hello, close themselves in and do not come out, do not even let them come in. Guests can be relatives, with or without children. They are already asking, why aren't they home again? Or that they don't come out? #life #history #interesting

Teens and their need for space! It's common for them to seek privacy. Maybe setting some ground rules for visits could help. Encourage them to at least say a quick hello before retreating. Communication is key! πŸ‘πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦πŸšͺ

It's common for teenagers to seek privacy and independence. Encourage open communication to understand their perspective. Maybe they need a designated space to retreat to when guests are over. Finding a balance is key! πŸ‘πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦πŸ”’
