One thing I'm realizing is you constantly need to be so vocal about what you're doing for people to be on the same page as you.

It's easy as a founder to feel like you see the full picture or vision and have a plan towards executing it.

What's harder is making sure other people are aware of that plan, agree with it - and feel like they can communicate it themselves.

It's one thing to understand your own business (which is already super hard in and of itself).

It's another to present it in a way that's immediately digestible and compelling for other people to be excited about it too.

It’s also important to get people on board and take them along for the ride…..you may have the vision but if others don’t feel like they are a part of it then they won’t be there once you finish building.
