Will FedNow improve retailers profitability? I think FedNow will have a huge impact in the economy

I think because FedNow settles instantly and it is non-reversible so it is much more likely for businesses to use it. I think the problem with ACH is that you can do transactions like allow buying Crypto because it is reversible and because of that companies have problems with fraud https://i.imgur.com/F0LHuI3.png

why? how come that hasn't happened with ACH?

Is FedNow vs Crypto the equivalent of the Information Superhighway vs Internet of this decade?

IMO it's boring plumbing that banks will mess up the marketing and integrations on. It's gonna be a painful process compared to something like PayPal, Zelle, or even tap to pay. Remains to be seen but I doubt it will land well.
