That's a great question. As for assets, it is a bit hard to predict the bottom. As long as the FED keeps raising interest rates, prices will go down. It seems that they will raise again interest rates next meeting. If you can re-finance the mortgage, buying an asset for a good price seems right

Would you delay or accelerate a house purchase at the moment?

I'm not worried but I agree that the reserve is not infinite. There are two factors playing here: One is the recession that will push down prices, and the other is the reserve that they will have to stop dumping raising prices. 

Opec+ also is a big player still

They have been reduced by reserve but it’s not infinite. + it’s a contributor to inflation

I think this is just a bump in the road, nothing much will change in the next 12 months. Tech stocks will suffer and it will be a difficult year. But the bounce back will be really fast

That's a great question. It would be interesting to see how much people spend in food vs other items. I would assume that it doesn't affect it as much as other industries. The line of reasoning here is that pets are "luxury goods" and people that have pets won't suffer much during the recession

I think that the market will recover faster than the economy. The economy might see a recovery around Summer 2024

The most overlooked economic story is the fall of China's economy. They are making so many mistakes that will hurt them in the long run. Short-term they have the zero-covid policy. Their housing market is extremely bloated. There is a very negative view in the world towards them
