I’m a Tesla shareholder and happy to pay this compensation package to one of the greatest. Hopefully now that Tesla moved to Texas, they won’t have to deal with activist judges

voted yes for the compensation package. this ruling makes me thing longer before incorporating anything new in delaware. texas here we go!
