Breaking news: Trump announces the new head of the SEC 🔘 Donald Trump's transition team is considering options for the head of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and will probably announce a new head tomorrow. Former SEC Commissioner Paul Atkins is leading these options and is known for his positive approach to digital assets. SEC Chairman Gary Gensler will step down in January 2025.
