Topic of the day The impact of gadgets on our lives Gadgets have a big impact on our daily lives. They help us stay connected, entertain us, and make tasks easier. Many people now depend on gadgets for work, learning, and communication. For example, smartphones help us talk to friends and find information quickly. However, people use technology so much that they sometimes forget to take breaks. A digital detox is when we take a break from screens to focus on other activities, like reading or spending time outdoors.
