Who is a SEO pro here? Looking to scope a project to take over Google / SEO for certain topics and need to - Research Keywords - what pages are needed - how to approach it and ensure it’s SEO Requiring help on the exact TODOs to approach it and formulation of the whole project to then be tackled

I don't do SEO full time but it's part of my growth stack. Recent win: 20X traffic with target keywords in just a few months. Things have changed. Focus on quality, you need a good writer. The mindset is "watch time", it will perform better if CTR (good headline) and time on page (tip: add infographics) is high.
