This was the first time I participated in a RetroPGF round. I did not make it for one ballot, but it was a very interesting experience. There is definitely a learning curve to understand how things work and on how to optimize your chances.

RetroPGF rounds are a very important tool for OP to attract devs. It also makes it very attractive to projects that need devs. Knowing that people building and hacking on your project may also get rewarded by OP is a great incentive to pick OP over an other L2.
