a question, is it normal that computed likes on Rounds are less then the amount that the original cast got?

Yes, Rounds only counts likes from “eligible” voters (to minimize gaming etc). In this case eligible voters are the top 500 higher holders - so you might have say 10 likes on a cast but only 4 from eligible voters
