1. and 2. are goals, not features though One thing I believe (based on your casts) that your team undervalues is giving creators better tools. Being able to schedule casts, and have sort of an 'X Pro' dashboard would be super helpful for creators to post higher quality content. I know I fall into this category. I post content regularly - high quality content - and I would cast more if it was easier. Scheduling having to be done on Supercast makes me do it less. Also: not being able to post >2 images per cast.
