You know that feeling when something bad almost happens but somehow everything turns out fine? Instead of just being relieved and grateful, I sometimes get stuck thinking about how bad it could have been. I start imagining all the worst-case scenarios even though nothing actually went wrong and end up stressing myself out over something that didn’t even happen. Is it just me, or does anyone else do this too?
