The more crypto elevates people like Martin Shkreli as thought leaders, the more politicians and normal people will view our industry as a collection of criminals and pro-authoritarian extremists who are trying to scam them.

You are right. In Germany, we still have a moderate center and off to the left and right. In America, it seems to me, there are only two extremes. Am I wrong about that?

No the extremism is not equal. Democrat leaders are very moderate relative to left-wing parties around the world, and their rhetoric is not even close to the extremism of Trump/MAGA.

Fortunately. Here you get the impression that half of American citizens are in favor of Trump and everyone in my circle of friends is wondering how this has come about. I'm sure there are reasons. Good night
