2. Is it possible to link to a cast when you only have its hash?

you'd have to grab the pfp url and then use this url format https://res.cloudinary.com/merkle-manufactory/image/fetch/c_fill,f_png,h_150,w_150/https://i.imgur.com/3hrPNK8.png

hmm good question -- if you grab the raw PFP link(from an API request or something) I believe the optimized Warpcast link would be:
