Very very optimistic view. Been following the Sepulveda transit corridor project, and answering all their surveys, for years now (since Measure M was voted for). Don't think it's gonna happen by 2028 tbh. Their promise of Van Nuys to Santa Monica in 40 mins sounds like a dream. Some day!
