ex: @dwr.eth bothsidesing the bipartisan immigration bill getting killed by claiming dems did the same with abortion. No repub could ever support federal abortion protection and keep their seat. The extremism is clearly not equal.

Dems could have passed federal legislation to protect abortions pre 2022 midterms. They chose not to.

This bill legalized abortion through 9 months, which most people find too extreme. They could have tried to pass something more reasonable, but didn't.
