What is an optimal amount of a token's supply to allocate toward liquidity pools & incentives?

Is 15% too low? Asking for a friend.

I'm curious: why not more for incentives? In theory, if there are enough incentives, there shouldn't be any need to backstop the pool. But I don't know of any projects that have ever used that approach so I'm probably missing something.

I think it really depends on how much of the pairing asset you have to start the initial liquidity. if you expect other users to also supply liquidy that changes the equation also.

My guess would be slightly too low. Probably need 25% at least to draw interest engagement
