It’s a bit speculative but I imagine there are more straightforward ones: 

ZK rollup for tips. Smart contract maintains a tip balance for a set of FID owners, relevant casts are parsed and reduced to a merkle root by a prover, which is verified onchain with a proof before updating balances of the FID owners.

Best bet for now would be chainlink, but i'm betting on Quilibrium to do the job better.

It needs an answer from @base if mirroring FID registry meets with Base’s architecture and base capabilities

Multi chain FID is the future,the current FID works on Base I presume……it will b a good thing if it can work perfectly on all chains
