It’s an Ethereum rollup where the transaction ordering happens on the base chain. Still in research phase but the hope is that this design will fix the problems with Ethereum’s layer 2 roadmap (ex: fragmentation & poor user experience)

Okay now that makes sense Based on what you have read up Are there any limitations or drawbacks to doing transaction ordering on the base chain, such as increased latency or reduced scalability?
