spirituality can be confusing :-)

what are some simple concepts that make it make sense?

Sticking to eastern wisdom imo. New age takes concepts of those, but adds way too many personal ideas from people to it, hence confusion

Don’t think it’s bad, as it opens up people to more possibilties. But once you’ve decided you want to get on with it, original buddhist or hindu scriptures are most useful imo.
