Also, Coinbase has launched cbBTC, a wrapped version of Bitcoin for DeFi purposes, which allows Bitcoin to interact with Base and Ethereum-based decentralized finance (DeFi) applications. This move is expected to significantly enhance Bitcoin's liquidity and utility within the Base network, hence Bitcoin is now available to everyone not only people with billions of dollars.
