Last time I tried to use the web payment flow it was lacking a way to track a customer throughout a payment flow with a webhook. It also was lacking useful accounting dashboards with csv export.

You should give it a second chance. Daimo Pay now supports webhooks, allowing you to create payment ID and track your customers’ payments directly with your backend: https://paydocs.daimo.com/webhooks-api
