What's the first work related thing you do each morning?

I basically reserve 30min to 1h to study a bit of a topic that relates to the next steps I’m aiming for in my career. For example, right now, I’m acting as a senior developer and I’m aiming to become a project leader, so I usually study a bit, subjects related to leadership, management in IT, etc. usually read some articles, advance in some courses and read some
Books. Every morning I’ll change the source of my studies in order to have a good rotation, but I respect the days of the week I study each source of information.
