If your new allowance is 3 then one *possible* explanation is that you haven’t tipped $DEGEN 5 times in the last 7 days.

If that’s the case, make an effort to make several small tips a day until your allowance goes up.

Man, that’s the ONLY explanation that wouldn’t apply to me. I have been given an allowance of 3, but have always tipped at least 5 different people a day in the last month, almost every single day. All of the times, more than 5 different tips a day.
